Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and achieve sales targets in the enterprise market.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at potential client organizations.
Product Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and capabilities of Skylark AI’s platform.
Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations, addressing client needs and concerns to secure favorable terms and close deals.
Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and successful onboarding.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasted revenue in CRM systems.

Requirements:

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales or business development, preferably in the technology or financial services sectors.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools.
Sales Expertise: Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, with strong negotiation and closing skills.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
Networking: Strong networking abilities and a deep understanding of the enterprise sales process.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market data and sales metrics to inform strategic decisions.
