Responsibilities:

Model Development: Design, implement, and maintain AI models for financial data analysis, using state-of-the-art techniques in machine learning and natural language processing (NLP).
Data Integration: Develop solutions to ingest and process various data formats from internal and external sources, ensuring seamless integration with Skylark's platform.
Algorithm Optimization: Enhance and optimize existing algorithms to improve the performance and accuracy of the platform's analysis capabilities.
Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Scalability: Ensure the AI models and algorithms can scale efficiently with increasing data volumes and user demands.
Research: Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and NLP, and incorporate relevant innovations into Skylark’s platform.
Quality Assurance: Develop and execute unit tests and validation protocols to ensure the robustness and reliability of AI solutions.

Requirements:

Educational Background:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
Experience: 4+ years of experience in AI/ML development, with a focus on NLP and financial data analysis.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
- Experience with LLMs and NLP libraries (e.g., Hugging Face Transformers).
- Strong knowledge of data processing tools and techniques, including ETL processes.
Team Player: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive and collaborative approach to work.
Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and quickly adapt to new technologies and methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with financial data analysis and familiarity with financial documents.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Understanding of API development and integration.
